We fund and install solar on UK commercial roofs. The business signs a 20 to 25-year contract to buy the power from us. Your loan note funds the next installation that is already signed, not a blind pool.

You come in alongside us, not ahead of us

A UK business spending heavily on electricity usually wants solar but does not want to tie up capital. We remove that problem: we fund and install the system, we own it, and the business buys the power from us for 20 to 25 years, at roughly half what it pays today.

£84M of contracted value, built with the founder’s own money.

The model runs every day: installing, invoicing, collecting. You are not funding an idea, you are funding the next signed installation.

Every installation needs funding up front. That is what the loan notes are for. You lend for 2, 3 or 5 years, your capital goes into a named, signed project, and the monthly payments from that business are where the money to repay you comes from.
